Review of Operations
We’ll come into your restaurant on an average day and observe your staff in action. If you have problems areas you want us to concentrate on, let us know and we’ll zoom in, otherwise we’ll give you a general overview of your operation, where we see problems or potential problems. We can come in as ourselves, or come in secretly as new hires.
Create a New Menu
We’ll look at your current menu and work with you to add or delete items and create a new look or improve the current one. We can create the menus and once we have the computerized version we can show you how to do the menus yourself to cut down on printing costs.
Create a Website
Harry will create your own website or add your restaurant to www.redrockrestaurants.com. The cost is just $500 initial set up with pictures and a slide show, and 1 year hosting, includes free unlimited announcements in our Red Rock Restaurant’s Calendar of Events! You are free to move your hosting anywhere after the year. Average hosting fees are under $100 for the year.

Create a Unified Marketing Program
Together we can create a unified marketing program that will promote your business and keep your name in the public’s eye.
Create a Newsletter Program
Harry and Adele will create a newsletter for your own restaurant We have found direct mail to be one of the most effective ways to advertise, especially for a restaurant. It helps foster a more personal touch with your customers and helps them become a more regular customer, which is what we’re really after!
Plan Wine Dinners or other Special Events
Harry and Adele can help you plan wine dinners or other events. We can select the wines, create a menu, post it on the website.
Secret Diner
If you would like, we will come into your restaurant as secret diners, then give you a report on how the food was and how your staff performed and the condition of your restaurant including cleanliness, ambiance and overall feel.
Staff Training
Harry and Adele can help train your current staff, take videos of the training and give you your own copies of the training videos for you to use in the future. This cuts your overall training costs and keeps your training professional and, most importantly, consistent.
Emergency Help
Everybody is shorthanded at some point in time and if you really need help we can be there for you. Harry can saute, grill, make desserts, salads, soups and do just about anything in the kitchen. Adele can tend bar and be the Hostess with the mostess and Manage. Adele and Harry are not waiters, bus people or dishwashers, although we help out in all these areas.
Private Consultation
Sometimes its just good just to talk out an idea or problem with somebody. You might find the answer yourself before we even say anything! Of course we will hold our consultations in strict confidentiality as we do with all of our business dealings.

recommend that we hire you to do a complete make-over of our website for

Thanks for thinking of me for the new website! My website at http://www.redrockrestaurants.com is what is called a Joomla website. No html-ing for people using it. They just write articles and the articles are displayed in the layout that it is designed upfront. So, after we design what it looks like, we can bring over the info that’s going to stay the same, then you can have multiple people writing articles and having them displayed in the appropriate areas of the site. Another Joomla site I have is the Richton Park Business site. Its name is http://www.rpbusinesses.com Check out that one too. I’ll see if I can put a test website together for you by the 3rd of Feb. I think $1000 should cover it? But considering its Frankfort and managing by committee… No, that should be good.
